Notice to Our Customers

Due to the unprecedented events over the last couple of weeks and in the interest of Public Health & Safety, we would like to inform all of our customers that at the Gold Coast Resort the Hotel and Leisure Centre will close on Monday morning 16th March until at least 19th of July 2020. Our Self Catering is re opening June 29th. The situation will be reviewed as it evolves taking into account the advice of the government.

Please be advise that under the current government road map we will be re-opening the swimming pool on the 20th July. Our industry is seeking clarification from the government if we can reopen hotel swimming pools in line with hotels reopening on phase 3 due to commence on the 29th June. Once we receive clarity on this subject we will act accordingly to ensure we are keeping within the advice given by the Public Health to ensure the safety of our guests and colleagues.

We are currently engaging with all our impacted customers to advise of this decision. We wish to apologise to our customers for any inconvenience caused and would encourage all of our patrons to heed the advice of the HSE and relevant state services in dealing with this virus.
